Durant brings the Thunder

Just watching a bunch of N.B.A. games tonight and here are some notes
-Cavs are looking terribly offensively. It is basically stand around and let LBJ do the work or take ill advised shots. Anderson Varejao should not be taking many shots.

-Other side with Raptors, one I loved their intro to the starting rosters. They had an orchestra playing on the court "Hate Me Now" by Nas. I thought that was awesome. This team has some nice pieces but I don't think they will be too dangerous. Right now Cleveland is making it a closer game. Bosh though is a legit star and it will be interesting to see where he goes next year.

-I am really liking the Thunder, even though it's just the Kings who should be one of the worst teams in the league, because of the people they have around Durant. They signed Thabo Sefolosha to an extension today and he is a solid player who can bring defense and some good shooting. The real thing that makes them work though is Durant who is quickly becoming a top player in the league. There is not much he can not do, he has a nice shot, good drive, great passing and vision, and definitely has that swagger and even a chip on his shoulder.

-Magic are my favorite in the East. I really like what they got with Vince and they are super deep. Vince Carter is going to fit in well. When they get Rashard back from his suspension they are going to be scary good. Van Gundy is a great coach and will keep the team focused. Nelson and Dwight Howard are good leaders and won't allow the team to let up. I expect them to be in the Eastern Conference Finals especially if the Cavs offensives woes continue.

-The Hawks are really fun to watch. Tons of athleticism. AL Horford is a legit post option (wish the Bulls had him) and Joe Johnson is an elite scorer.

-The Spurs look good, not a surprise. If they stay healthy it should be fun to see them battle the Lakers for the West.

-I am very intrigued to watch the Warriors tonight. I usually enjoy their games and Stephen Curry is a great fit for that system.

Jazz @ Nuggets should be fun tonight. I hope to see Melo continue to grow as a super star.
